1. How is Jiminy's Limited Editions associated with Disney?
The only legal association with Disney is that upon the release of a Limited Edition Project, any song that is
re-recorded and distributed must have an executed mechanical license by the publisher of that song. All
mechanical license fees for Jiminy's projects are paid prior to the project release. The majority of my works are
mechanically licensed songs through Disney Music.
2. What is a Limited Edition Project from Jiminy?
Jiminy's Limited Editions Projects are past Theme Park Shows that are re-created, re-arranged and released in
collector's audio CD Limited Editions of 5000 units (per project). Projects also include sequence numbered
Certificates of Authenticity that are "hand signed".
3. Who is Jiminy?
There are at least a half dozen Jim Presley's on the net, and three of them are well known keyboard players. I
figured that "Jiminy" would make it easier for folks to identify me and my works. Each edition I create will be a
tribute CD and the titles will begin with "Jiminy Salutes".
4. How long does it take to record and release a Collector's Limited Edition Project?
Usually two years.
5. How many editions are there available to the public?
"Jiminy Salutes: The Main Street Electrical Parade", is the very first edition. I plan to record and produce a
total of 10 editions over the next 20 years.
6. Where can I find or purchase Jiminy's Limited Editions?
When editions are released you will be able to purchase them from this website as well as at some of the
Disneyana conventions and artist's shows.
7. May I pre-order my Limited Edition Project?8When you sign up for Jiminy's "Newsletters" you will
have the opportunity to order your editions 2 weeks prior to the general public. That will make your edition
number lower.
8. How do I get another CD if my CD eventually dies?
When it's time for a new copy of your CD, you can order a one for $10.00 (American Dollars) + shipping. You
must provide a photo copy of your "Certificate of Authenticity", and we will then replace your CD along with an
original signature and your certificate's number. The edition case cover and certificate of authenticity cannot be
replaced.
